Texas Vitex, also called Chaste Tree, is one of the best flowering small trees for North Texas. It delivers long-lasting purple blooms during the hottest part of summer when many other plants struggle.

Placement:
Thrives in full sun and is extremely heat-tolerant. Fast establishment within 1-3 years. Don’t plant too close to foundation, narrow walkways, pools. Minimum space 8 feet.
